Senior Engineer of SINOPEC RIPP (Research Institute of Petroleum Processing)

Biography

Mr. Shi Shou is a research scientist of SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co., LTD. (SINOPEC RIPP). Mr. Shou obtained his Master degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2015 and served as research scientist at RIPP. Later he was appointed as research group leader at Department of Fluid Catalytic Cracking Technology. His main research area include fluidized bed reactor simulation and catalytic cracking kinetics. In recent years, he participated in R&D projects on light olefin production with heavy oil feedstock(a.k.a DCC Pro technology) as well as ongoing researches on crude-to-oil technologies. He is also responsible for FCC unit optimization, troubleshooting and providing technical support for the client.
