Dr. Niculina D. Hădade received her Ph.D in 2006, in the field of organic and supramolecular chemistry as a co-joint doctorate between Babeş-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania and The University of Rouen, France. Next, she moved to Technical University of Munich as a postdoctoral fellow of Marie Curie Excellence Team and worked in multi-step organic synthesis, solid phase synthesis, surface chemistry, as well as biochemistry: proteins specific chemical functionalization and synthesis of activity-based probes for various enzyme classes. Since 2010, she joined Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, where she is currently associated professor and obtained HDR from University Clermont-Auvergne in 2022. Her actual research interests are in the fields of dynamic and supramolecular chemistry (host molecules and self-assembled structures) and porous organic materials.
