Research Interests

Study the structure-function relationship of extremophilic proteins, cellular-adaptation mechanisms of stress-encountered microbes and proteins, cloning, over-expression, purification, functional and structural characterization, bioinformatics analysis, bioengineering of proteins and microbes, and biotechnological and industrial applications of extremophiles and extremozymes.
