External applicants*

Students and researchers are required to sign up in advance  HERE.

*In Kingdom applicants are highly encouraged. 

*Out-of-Kingdom applicants: Due to Saudi visa requirements and space constraints, we can accept out-of-Kingdom attendees only in highly exceptional circumstances and by invitation only.

The conference will also be simultaneously presented via Zoom.
