Research Interests

​To solve biological problems, my research is a mix of several disciplines such as biochemistry, physics, and computation. I use HPC (High-Performance Computing ) to tackle problems on how a net of proteins interact, from complexes and have a biological activity. To do so, I use molecular modeling of proteins, to analyze and move them I use some physics, machine learning to improve the methods to identify the best 3D representation of the protein complexes from a large pool of data generated from the programs.
