Research Interests

Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Homogeneous catalysis, C-H bond activation
• Design and development of new methodology for inter- and intramolecular C-C/N/O bond formation by (sp3/sp2/sp C-H activation/ functionalization by using transition metal catalysts (Pd, Ru, Rh, Fe, Cu etc)
• Design and development of new enantioselective catalytic transformations.
• Application of these methods in the context of total synthesis of architecturally complex and biologically active molecules.
• Design and synthesis of novel ligands and their use for new transformations.
