Research Interest

​The major thrust of my research is to explore the chemical reactivity in terms of structure and bonding relationship. Transition metal mediated homogeneous catalysis is my primary interest. I am employing my effort to investigate the mechanism of catalytic process for the rational design of catalysts with a new level of activity and selectivity.
