Research Interests

Light harvesting metal complexes have gained much attention for the activation of organic molecules by the single-electron or energy transfer processes. We intend to exploit photoredox catalysis in combination with transition metal catalysis to showcase huge diversity of new bond-forming protocols and synthetic methodologies by enabling the coordination-driven access between the metal catalyst and the substrate to facilitates the cleavage of specific C−H bond.
