Research Interests

I am working on the field of metal nanoclusters (NCs) – tiny nanoparticles containing tens to hundreds of atoms. The size of NCs typically ranges from 1 to 3 nm, which is a critical size regime where nanoparticle behavior transitions from molecular-like to bulk-like. The atomically monodisperse nature of NCs also sets them apart from general nanoparticles, as it allows for the development of direct structure-property relationships.
